For the first time, Moderators can "see" how many participants are on the call. It's an instant roll-call! Corporate branding is available. Your customers, prospects or staff can be greeted into the conference room with a message tailored to your company. Callers are welcomed to the "ABC Company" conference centre. This helps support and grow company brand awareness.
Real-time reporting can be accessed anytime through a web portal. Vesta's reporting package provides complete statistics on what conferences have been completed, how long they lasted and how many participants were involved. This is ideally suited for companies who are concerned with productivity and budgeting of people's time and cost to the company.
CONFERENCE BILLING CODES
Conference billing codes can be entered any time during the call. Vesta takes the billing code information and creates a separate billing file for customer billback.

Participants listen to music until a moderator joins the conference.
CONFERENCE ENTRY CODE
Participants must have access code to join the conference.
By pressing *7 the speaker locks the conference and prevents anyone from entering.
A tone will alert the group that someone has entered the conference (activated upon your request).
A person's name is automatically announced as they join the conference (activated upon your request).
ROLL CALL PLAYBACK
During the conference a moderator can play the recorded names of the participant(only available if entry announcements are activated).
The group may hear tones or system message if someone leaves the conference (activated upon your request).
Moderator can mute all lines by pressing *5. Ideal for tutorial or presentation type of call.
Detailed call reports with originating telephone numbers are available for 800 conference services. Participant count is available through the web portal.
By pressing *0 a participant or moderator can summon the operator for assistance.
No operator assistance is needed, but one is always monitoring calls.
